Upstairs you'll find two large bedrooms, each with its own, private balcony. The decking on both of the balconies was completely redone just six years ago. At the same time, the exterior siding was repainted and any boards that showed any signs of wear were repaired or replaced. One of the balconies (11'5x7'10) overlooks the community pool, while the other (6'8x24') has an additional attached storage closet (2'10x8'2). Many neighbors have closed in the larger balcony for additional heated square footage. The bedroom with the larger balcony has a large closet (4'10x9'7) that leads to a lockable owner's closet (5'1x4'11) with shelving. Outside you'll also find a patio (5'0x9'10) located just off the kitchen and an outdoor shower. Don't worry about maintaining your lawn or landscaping, it's included in the low HOA dues! Additional, recent updates to the home include: new air duct work throughout, new outside HVAC, new window blinds throughout, and new ceiling fans downstairs. The HOA has also done some updating of its own. The community pool, which also features a kiddie pool and hot tub, was recently resurfaced and new pavers were added as decking. The live oaks provide ample shade, as does the poolside gazebo. Although this community really does feel away from it all, you are still close to some of the main attractions the Grand Strand has to offer: Barefoot Landing, the Tanger Outlets, and Highway 22 are just minutes away!
